Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in our handcrafted creations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item with a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos of parcel opening, and we'll be happy to co-operate as appropriate.
Deity Statues: Please note that we do not offer returns or exchange of deity statues.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and video of the parcel opening
- Include your order number in your message
- We will review and respond within 24-48 hours
Made to Order
Most deity dresses and outfits are lovingly handcrafted fresh for each order, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. This means:
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days before dispatch
- Each piece is unique and made with care
- Custom sizes and colors may be available upon request

Order Cancellation
Since most of our products are made-to-order, cancellation options are limited:
- Within 2 hours of ordering: Full cancellation possible. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
- After production starts: Cancellation may not be possible as materials have been allocated and work has begun.
- Ready-made items: Can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
